Spread over six floors, 'One' spa includes a 19-metre ozone friendly swimming pool, aromatic baths, Hydrotherapy pool and 13 treatment rooms offering E'SPA holistic therapies. This includes a roof top outdoor pool that looks out over the Edinburgh skyline. It is an extraordinary experience. The health club has sauna and steam rooms as well as a state-of-the-art fitness studio. It should be noted that children up to the age of 17 are only able to use the swimming pool within One Spa between the hours of 3pm - 5pm each day and also between 8.30am - 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday. Only the gym and pool are available at no extra cost to hotel clients. The more informal one looks out onto Festival Square, and with its conservatory it gives a very bright, breezy feel. The more formal restaurant is darker and very elegant, retaining the characteristics of a Scottish baronial mansion.
